    This is prob my favorite evening routine from you!!! I have been using your mobility routine + warm up + cooldowns for the past month, and I have seen improvement in my flexibility and mobility! I honestly don’t know how you don’t have more followers.
    Do you have any plans to make a more upper body focused warm up gym routine? I absolutely love your squat warm up but would like a more upper body one for non leg days lol Your videos are amazing and I know I’m going to be a long time subscriber!

    loved this ! i love your evening flows . before bed i like to do some relaxing movement . i don't even use a yoga mat , i use a blanket for maximum comfort . sooo calming thank you

    I’m so glad I found this channel. Being a practicing Catholic I worry about the spiritual implications of yoga. These mobility routines are exactly what I needed. They have helped me significantly loosen up tight hips and glutes. Thanks so much and God bless! 😇

    Do you have any recommendations for stretching the piriformis muscle or to help with tight glutes. Been following you for a while and you've helped me fall in love with mobility. It's the one area I'm really struggling in ❤ thank you for all that your doing ❤️

      I‘d recommend looking into the hip mobility routines as well as the hamstring flexibility one.
      Often these problems are more complex and don‘t really benefit from focusing on one specific muscle only. That being said these are all very broad/general routines 🙏🏼. For your specific needs I always recommend to see someone in person 😊.

    Hi Julia! With the lying hip circles, my right hip made all kinds of clunky, grinding feelings as I rotated and extended my leg. I'm thinking I need to have it evaluated by a PT, but is there a chance it's common and nothing to be too concerned with?
